you can file i765 and i485, if you check through the old posts under vawa part 5, i am sure you will find information on how to file it. If you cannot afford to pay the fees, you can also attach a waiver form to the filing, i believe the waiver form is i912w . Just comb through old posts on this forum. Goodluck!!

You have to submit form I485,I864W,G325A,I693,I765,if you can't afford to pay Uscis fees submit form I912,and to receive updates of your case submit GG1145, documents showing bona fide marriage. You have to submit to Vermont. If you don t have medical exam done then do so and submit along with your I485,if you were arrested or had a restraining order against you ,certified copy of the Court deposition as well .

C(14) if you your case Vawa is approved under deferred action

C(31) if you have an approved I-360 without deferred action

C(9)if you have a pending I-485

DO NOT use more black pen to sign your forms or letter, use BLUE using blue they can distinguish an original document from a copy .

-Changing address in your AOS application use this AR 11 link, not the old one

https://egov.uscis.g...splayCOAForm. write down your previous address and your current address.

To change your address with VAWA UNIT submit a NOTARIZED letter with name, date of birth, current address, phone number, case number , because sometimes they do not update, email them as well. Using a copy of the notarized letter, write down a subject "Change of Address and email to hotlinefollowupi360.vsc@dhs.gov, but please submit by mail and email

To change address with VAWA UNIT it must be a NOTARIZED letter.

To change address regarding I=485 you have to file AR 11 online.
