Caruguy if you are divorced yes you need to take the original divorce decree.Get now the children birth certificates and you marriage certificate.

I after looking online I was able to find out where to go to get them

After I-360 is approved and you are waiting on I-485 to be processed do you send your address change to Vermont?

henry10700 you have to mail a notarized letter changing the address to Vermont and NBC, but they are messy and usually they don't update the address, because of that go to infopass 10 days after mailing the letter to make sure they updated your address.

good morning everybody

today at 8am I was on interview in NYC

I came wit my 3yo son

my VAWA was approved in July 16th

then I filed I485 separate in the end of JULY

On interview she asked me my Name address, DOB

asked if I am still married I said yes

asked husband name

how many times I was married how many kids I have

asked i485 questions

but I was arrested so I said yes and gave certified copy of arrest disposition ( case dismissed )

then she asked if I work I said yes in the same company from2011

I WASV WORKING WITHOUT WORK AUTORIZATION

and then she said we finish you will get decision in a mail within 2 weeks!!

I got home and receive a TXT GREEN CARD PRODUCTION ORDER!!!!!!
OMG I WAS APPROVED!!!

I am so so HAPPPY!!!!

Guys never GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!
