DODGETOWN YOU CANNOT submit I-485 now without having a motion filed to terminate your removal, and contact the USCIS Chief Counsel to join the motion.I answered your question before, but I remembered now that you are in removal, then my previous answer is not valid for you.

Do not screwed up your case again, I fixed once and it was approved, but I cannot fix it twice. DO NOT SUBMIT THE AOS now! File the motion first! Once the judge terminates the removal proceedings then file I-485.

This message is for everyone here! Folks you cant keep doing what you want without having knowledge of the Law or talking to a Lawyer, especially those in removal. I appreciate those that had Vawa approved with my help to let me know through pm that the case was approved, since i cannot recognize people through their nicknames.

Thanks Sandra. Will try to stay out of trouble this time))))))

How do I contact the USCIS counsel? My case is in Los Angeles Immigration Court. Is this the one you are talking about?

Los Angeles

Jurisdiction includes Nevada

Sandra D. Anderson, Chief Counsel

213-894-2805

Office of the Chief Counsel

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

606 South Olive Street, 8th Floor

Los Angeles, CA 90014

Also, I heard that I-485 can be reviewed by immigration judge if requested. And some people say it is faster. What do you think about this.

P.S> This DHS counsel's name is also Sandra))))))))))))))))))))))))

Dodgetown yep she is the counsel.I would not try to adjust status in Court at all, specially with the case you had in Court denied before. The chance to have your case approved in Court is not good , but it's up to you the decision.

You have to draft the motion to terminate and ask the chief counsel to join the motion, usually they sign without any problem, but you need to have the motion ready,in order for the USCIS office chief counsel to sign .
