I got a notice for transfer my case from VT to NBC for speeding the process , also It is said that NBC will notify me about the decision made on my application

would you please let me know what it is meaning ?

That means they will let you know whether they have approved or denied your case or if they require additional information from you.

nicesky,

Sandra just responded to you. You will not be getting a decision from the NBC, because they don't make decisions. They prepare applications for processing. This is just a generic message indicating that your application is being processed. The NBC will process your application and will then transfer your case to the local office, where you will be called for an interview.

Nicesky as I said before and piper2013 explained very well , there is no decision from NBC other than to issue RFE,if it's necessary, to conduct background checks and transfer the case to the local office.

Sandra, I applied for EAD and AP card renewal. The website says that they aproved and mail my EAD card but AP still on initial review.

Do you think they approved both but is just a we side glitch ?

Thank you for reading my post!

I had my interview last week and the day after my fingerprint taken.
The interview was pretty easy truth be told, I was not asked anything about the incident about my ex and myself.
He had all the paper work he needed but was not able to make any decision because my fingerprints had expired.

The ones i had taken where from 2012 and i only renewed my work permit last year. I guess the waiting time begins....sigh

Survival is a form of resistance

Hi all, I have an update. Today I received my interview appointment - it will be in less than 2 weeks from now.

The interview date is exactly 4 months after my file was transferred from Vermont to the NBC. The online system has not changed - it still says that my I-485 application is being processed "at a USCIS office" (it doesn't say local office). My online account still has a "last updated" date of almost 4 months ago.

The appointment letter shows my file number (A-number). It does not show the receipt number (EAC number). I hope they have transferred all my documents successfully from the NBC to the local office and nothing will be missing.

I will keep you all updated.

oh piper2013 great news may God be with you on the day of your interview dont worry all will be well.

Hi guys, I think I screwed up already. Do you need to provide your birth certificate when you file your initial application?

Also, how soon do you get e-mail or text alert if you provided form G-1145? My package was delivered to Vermont on the 18th, last week. So far, nothing from them...

Things are not going well right now.
