I posted about this before ,but it seems some people didn't read about it,therefore I am posting again .I can't keep meeting each person that COMES to Nyc And want to see me. I made some new friends here and when I have a chance I meet them up,but I can't meet every person that wants to see me. First of all now I am living 1.40 min from NYC ,second I travel a lot, work a lot and weekends I want to rest and not to travel almost 4 hours ( roundtrip) to meet someone for one hour or two.

Last week I had two people very upset with me ,because I said I couldn't go to NYC .I receive over 100 emails per week, and 10% are from people living in NYC imagine if I meet everyone then I won't have a life anymore .

I hope folks you can understand my point, because I want to limit my help just answering questions here in the Vj.

Your not alone Wildwoodflower21 I don't have bad dreams but I try to nit pick at reasons why my case is going g longer than it should all negatives I'm truly trusting God for good news soon for us all!!!

Hi everyone.

Its me again.

I received my notice receipts for my I485 and I765

On my I485 receipt notice - it says FEE PREVIOUSLY COLLECTED. Section: Adjustment as direct beneficiary of immigrant petition.

What does this mean? I didn't pay any fee but submitted a fee waiver.

I will be resubmitting a complete i765 again and will be asking them to disregard my previous i765.

Never a dull moment. :bonk:

biankat he doesn't have to continue anything, your I-485 is pending,in 30/45 days they will transfer your case to the NBC and after 2/4 months NBC will ship your case to the local office and done, you will have interview and he doesn't need to be there. He wants $1.000, ask him $1.000 to continue what, because he doesn't have anything to do in your case anymore!.Are you sure your I-485 is pending right? then is just to wait.
