It's funny because he came to break the ice... You need to take a chill pill, I never personally told you to go back but I did imply in general that if somebody can't wait for the process and are in a rush so be it. You put the shoe on your own. I also never said I don't want any body else to finish their journey. But you are being stubborn, I am not a predator here if you want to play victim you picked the wrong person. Last I'll say is that ignorance can be fixed. Other things however...

Now people aren't victims because they need to go home... What about those, like yourself it seems, that have no home abroad and the US is all they know and have to establish their lifes? Maybe I'm not the one playing victim here some of us have more to lose. Well, I've given you enough attention. Enough Off Topic. This doesn't help anyone. I won't mind if the moderators remove my comments, I didn't mean to offend anyone.

A country of Immigrants, that hates new Immigrants... Maybe if education was a right and NOT a luxury, it would be different.

I agree with Mamaof3! and MelanieUK, in MY opinion Citragirl's comment was a little rude especially the "go back to.... country" part. I understand what citragirl is trying to say though, that people ask the same questions over and over when all the answers are in the past post. mamaof3! said it best the search tool in the upper right corner should be the first thing people do in order to find answers.

Regardless NOW it is time to DEAD the issue. No positivity will transpire from this back and forth convo between you girls. Soooooooooo let's move on, and get back to helping each other and being hopeful that all of us get through this difficult journey.

EAD renewal is FREE! there is a fee for I-360 of $405 but for Vawa the fee is waived so it's free. (I-360 is also used for other purposes than Vawa such as Amerasian, A Widow or Widower of a USC...etc.. some other categories have to pay the fee)

Seriously you all got it out of proportion. Fine thisislife you had to go home went and came back, good for you. But you are putting more words than the ones I said, I already clarified myself enough. I will post in this site for as long as I wish or until I get banned I am not talking negative to any of you. I will not give explanations as if I need to go to my country or not and o will not ask either. Keep putting yourselves on the edge if you want. I didn't want to become one of those people asking for support and then never return once GC was granted that's why I am here. If you don't like what I post simply skip and don't read.

Do you have a pending I-485 hence your current EAD? Asking because somebody said that if you paid once you didn't have to pay again while your application was pending. But you might want to wait for Sandra or somebody else to give you more info because there's a fee waiver that can be sent but I don't know if that's an option for you. If it is then you don't have to worry about the fee. True there's no fee for filing VAWA. You might want to post a bit of info so the people who know can give you an accurate response

My response was accurate. There is no FEE for EAD paper filing RENEWAL (key word :Renewal) . You can only RENEW if you've had EAD before and if you have a pending I-485.

Thank u so must blest but strest I appreciate your courteous reply

Hey blest what's happening with your AOS??

Hey Brother, very nice to hear from you. I hope you are enjoying a less stressful life and making the best out of it. I am still waiting for my AOS, I scheduled an infopass for next week to make sure everything is in order, so we will see. Hopefully I get an interview date ASAP, I would really want to take a vacation somewhere far and exotic, before I start law school.
