Mamaof3 hey!! Havent heard anything and am going nuts..just called my lawyer about it but she say they cant do anything except wait.she also said that the officer wrote a note that the supervisor wil review my case.

Any more Approvals or RFEs?

Congratulations on the approvals. Unluckily I gat me a denial decision mailed out today. I never got a notice of intent to deny nor did I get a prima facie after mailing out the state based police background check GMC with the second RFE. I mailed them a county finger print background check in the initial RFE but instead I was sent an RFE AFTER TWO WEEKS. Which wanted good faith marriage, common residency and extreme brutality, I gave them another affidavit, bank statements, copies of both our I.Ds, same ownership of property owned in Africa. letters received in the same address not forgetting the lease. But still got a denial decision with a even a 2013 joint tax return in the prior package.

I didn't get a notice of intent to deny nor did they even let me know they had received the package. The prior application was sent to the mailing address I lived with my wife not the one I had written down.

I was scheduled for fingerprinting on Thursday for the green card application I sent with the RFE but don't know if I still need to go though.Who has any idea

I submitted my first application on December 28 2013 i360 and i765, 4 days later got the receipt notice of I765 at the right mailing address.Then got shocked when my wife came with i360. initial evidence. I ended up getting thrown out of the house with threats. I sent county background checks and sworn affidavits and a letter for change of address.In February 4th my EAD was denied c31 saying I had to wait for i360 approval. On Feb 19TH An RFE but instead got mailed back by the post office meaning my wife had removed my name from the mail box because I no longer lived with her. On March 21ST THE RFE WAS SENT again and June 16 was the deadline On June 13th I answered back the RFE with i765 and i485 not forgetting the application for a waiver. Got the i485 and i765 receipts mailed on June 26th. I360 petition status was still reading RFE sent on March 21st and on July 21ST A DENIAL DECISION IS SENT.good luck everyone and congratulations again.

Very Sorry to hear that, if I read well what you just said, you applied for I-765 EAD before filing I-485?? if so, that is why your I-765 has been denied, USCIS will only grant you EAD if you apply for it and file I-485 at the same time or if you already have a pending I-485 application with them.

I think that all you can do now is re-file or appeal. Due to the fact that you recently filed an I-485, that is now pending, and that you have a denied I-360, you could be removed. Do you have a lawyer? I suggest that you get a good one asap to help you with you case, you do not have have a lot of time to re-file or appeal.I suggest that you get on it fast.

Do not appeal, 99 % of the appeals are denied .First of all you filed l 765 without l485 of course it would be denied

It seems you proved bona fide but not abuse. Refill again.

LUOBOY refile again. Did you submit a psychological evaluation or just a counselor letter? Are you in removal proceedings?

So I am still waiting a decision on my case on 360.I live in San Jose , California but i want to fly to Virgina , Washington can I do it with my vawa receipt or not
