Is it taking longer than normal to get case information in the form/payment payment portal? In the past, it has available within a week. They assigned our case number a week ago and still getting this message "Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error."

I've noticed on a couple timeline it may be taking longer. Does anyone know how long I should wait?

Hubby Step-Mom Apply for minor child
2/25/2013 - Priority Date

NVC
03/19/2014 - Case complete at NVC

01/02/2015 - Interview scheduled (Interview Date: 02/12/2015)
