Dont you expect that NSC could transfer some cases to CSC? I personally do, because this way they could have almost equal processing date for the January report (which is important i guess). Obviously NSC is running a bit slow right now (compared to TSC and CSC). But who knows. Wish u Good Luck.

I think that's probably unlikely. There have been some isolated cases of people receiving a second transfer after moving to a service center, but they've been back to NBC. I think it's more likely that NSC will simply not receive new transfers until it's caught up, which seems to be what's already happening -- the number of July filers sent to Nebraska was MUCH less, most of those cases went to CSC. August transfers are just beginning but the early ones who have their hard copies have gone to California too.
