Neither had committed any disqualifying offense. We have RIGHTS, rights cannot be taken away without due process...period. Ever been there? Quite a group of law-abiding citizens. I have seen a fairly nice portable radio/boombox sit out on a covered porch on a busy street with a sidewalk used by thousands of people daily. And it sat there for weeks. No one touched it. That's their culture. Small kids ride the subway alone, even at night. They believe in not messing with other people, except the organized crime bunch. THEY are pretty wicked.

Bear in mind, S. Korea has about 15% of the population of the US, with a landmass about the size of Tennessee. And about 1/6 of the guns of the US.
