OMG we are sooooo happyyy smile.png) I can't believe they approved us so fast. I was worried about our big age difference and that he divorced 15 days before he sent the I-129f. But we sent soooo many proofs. More than 30 pics (including pics from skype that we took to each other), meeting statements and relationship statements, Skype calls and chat, receipts for the engagement rings, receipt for the flowers that he sent me. Good thing that they didn't sent us a RFE biggrin.png We prayed a lot for this to happen and we are very thankful heart.gif I wish you all to be with the ones you love very soon !!! Always remember why we are doing this, why we have to be patient ... It's really hard to be apart but it worth it wub.pngblush.png Love is all we need wub.png

Hearty congrats! But please know that this does not guarantee a via approval. The things you are worried about, like age different and recent divorce, might come up at the interview. The I-129F stage is merely about showing ability to marry and proof of meeting in the last 2 years.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package

Congrats on the I-129F petition approval. Though your evidence of relationship had nothing to do with the approval, and you should be aware of that. You will need to prove your relationship at the actual K-1 visa interview. Front-loading the I-129F as you did could very well help with that.

~ Moved from K-1 Process to K-1 Progress Reports - topic is case status ~
