Hello everyone. I got my Lawful Permanent Residency through marriage to American Citizen. I came to America as B1 Visa holder and after 1 month we got married and we file for my adjustment of status. Now, I am planning to file for the petition of my adult children and in the petition form I-130 there is a question that my husband and I cannot understand. The question is "IF YOU ARE A LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT ALIEN, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING: Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission". This question can be found in form I-130 Section B-14. PLEASE any body help me to understand this question so that I can start filing my children's petition. My children are above 21 years old and it will take long time to get them in Visa back log that's is why I need to start filing their petition.Thank you very much. God bless.
