The packets have originals of the Marriage and Birth certs already.. They'll need them again?

Oops. missed a bit in the instructions.

Well, you can always call in , get a supervisor at NVC,

and ask that the I-130 be opened,

and the Marriage and Birth Certificates reviewed.

[instructions, I-130 , only photocopies required, not need original or certified]

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

My wife will go to Bangkok this weekend to apply for her police certificate and I also just now recieved our AOS Processing Fee Bill from the NVC. I've tried to pay online but so far, it's erroring out. I think I'll give it a few hours and try again before calling.

Now that yer at NVC, doing NVC Doc intake,

it makes a lot of sense for you

to Join In

to a NVC Monthly Thread,

or read the prior months threads (going back 2.9 years).

look in the IR-1 progress reports sub-forum, you'll see it there.

Also, if'n you've been using a handphone here to do any study or research? turn it off, get on a PC with a real web-browser, as you've some studying to do. Handphones suck for this studying.
