G-325A example

Today, my friend who is thinking K-1 pointed out that example of G-325A on VJ is old.

Would you update to current form?

There is a new edition of the form that has been out for about a year, but the form questions and layout have not changed at all. Not sure how updating the example form to the newest edition would help any better than the existing/current example form.

I didn't look into it well and only look at the date on the sample form though...
