Have interview-How can we get a appointment letter for the Medical

Hey everyone- We should have received the K-3 Packet but Marie lives in the provinces so I am thinking maybe they couldnt deliver it-maybe not but just in case I am trying to find out if Marie Can get another appointment letter by going to the Embassy in Manila before she goes to her Medical. I believe the rest of the Packet she can download off the the internet-but the appointment letter she will still need. Hoping someone can help us out here and/or give me any other info we might need to know if she doesnt get her packet delivered to her. Thanks - Gary

if she dont have the packet yet, she can call St. Lukes Medical and tell them that she will just pick up her packet there and at the same time, have her medical exams. But be sure to confirm it first if they have it already from the embassy. But first Call also the embassy to just forward her packet to St. Lukes.

if she didn't receive her packet she can call st luke's for verification or else go directly to st luke's the day of her physical exam and tell the receptionist you didn't get any packet or it lost in transit. they have a master list and they can proceed with the medical....... there's just so many people going through the process. i was there dec 28 at 5:30 am and i was already no 147. my physical lasted till 4pm and i need to return the next day (depending on the sked) luckily mine was at 8:00 am and i was at st luke's past 9am and i got the result 2:30. what a day! praise God!
