My With and I filed our AOS on July 3rd 2013, I received my EAD card and AP on September 17th, however, i have not heard anything since then regarding my AOS. I am aware that this can take time. I am just getting a little concerned, I have tried calling but have not got anywhere. Am I worrying for no reason.

I live in North Carolina, local USCIS office is Raliegh.

We are in a similar situation. Filed 15 July and nothing at all since my EAD/AP card in September. We haven't had an interview waiver letter or anything. We are at Chicago which is processing May 11 2013 applications.

You should be able to submit an e-request or call USCIS now as Raleigh, NC office are supposed to be processing July 22 2013 applications.

Standard to receive EAD/AP is 60-90 days, yes.

Many that are getting approved without an interview are having to wait longer, sometimes 8+ months. There have been some that have waited so long they needed to renew their EAD/AP because they were expiring Check the Progress Reports forum for similar timelines to see if others are still waiting that filed when you did.

Be prepared to wait some more. We applied on 28 January 2013. Received EAD in April 2013. Still waiting with no news except for a letter a few months back stating we are possible interview waiver case and may need to wait 6 more months from that point.

01/28/13 - Submitted I-485, I-765 to Chicago via USPS Express

01/29/13 - USPS Delivery Confirmation

02/03/13 - Email/Text Acceptance Notification

02/04/13 - $1070 USCIS Transaction Cleared

02/06/13 - Received NOA1 for I-485 and I-765 in mail

02/11/13 - Received Biometrics appointment, set for March 4th.

03/04/13 - Biometrics complete

04/01/13 - EAD Card production ordered according to USCIS case check

04/04/13 - EAD Card Received

02/20/14 - Put in a service request with USCIS. No update on Case Status online since June 2013 (Address change). Still in Initial Review.

02/28/14 - Contact Congressman Randy Hultgrens office to investigate delay

03/06/14 - USCIS Case online changed to reflect Green Card is in production

I-751 ROC

03/07/16 - I-751 received

04/06/16 - Biometrics complete

??/??/?? - Received work authorisation, lost form :(

09/01/16 - Got I-551 stamp in passport to travel to europe, only given 6 months

What it the latest approval without interview coming from chicago office? That would help to know where they are at lately

K1 Journey:

NOA1: 08/21/2012 (CSC)

NOA2: 04/24/2013 (8 months ClockWatch2.gif )

NVC received: 05/02/2013

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Packet 3 received: 06/01/2013 (our son's 2nd birthday !!).Packet 3 response leaving in the mail on the next business day (06/04)

Medical: 06/11/2013

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

POE Chicago: 07/05/2013

AOS (EAD/AP) Journey:

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

Hey there

We live in Raleigh and used their office too.

Did you get an interview waiver letter? If so, then the delay is to be expected. If not, I'd make an info pass appt to see what's up.

We had an interview with them a month or so ago and I have to say it all went pretty efficiently. From applying to GC in hand took approx 4 months...
