Message boards a re a funny thing, in most cases, they are stacked with a certain type of person, thats boring for me.

This board works for me because it has a variety of people who are a good cross section.

Also the speed of this board works, in that it is not too fast or slow.

The fact that somehting like that even exists is part of the problem, not the solution. I wonder what would happen if there were a national society of white engineers?

The real problem is blacks feel the need to do this when they're not accepted into societies that are mostly white.

I have an associate at work, she's white. She complained to me one day asking why black people always have to have their own stuff. Why isn't there a white people meet dot com? I asked her to check out any dating website that was mostly white. Take a look at the pre reqs for most of the women and men looking for a mate. Then come back and talk to me. The next day, she was like most of them had white as a qualifier. I know this because when I was in Japan and jumped on Japancupid, I was stunned to see that being white was the ONLY thing they wanted.

You got black frats and soros because they couldn't join white ones, you have black websites for dating because most folks on there tell you up front: MUST BE WHITE.

It could be skewed if their largest installations were in disproportionately high black population areas. Like Washington DC.

As for the DC area, most people live outside and commute in. For Example my Dad worked at the Pentagon and we lived in VA, so to get a more fair barometer of the situation at that one facility we would need to expand the map a bit.

Objection, Your Honor. Irrelevant. The good people of Japan, while only mildly tolerant of the Western horror that seeks to take their women out of the country for purposes of sexual frolicking and life partnership, are highly intolerant of people with black skin. That is not an issue of race so much as it is a preference for a light skin tone.

Minorities don't want special treatment. They want equal treatment.

In order to beat a white man or woman, you have to be 2 to 3 times better than they are. Look at any minority that broke into any sport or job that was for whites only. They didn't just let anyone in, those men and women had to be better than everyone else just to get a foot in the door. If you let it go to the judge's table, you'll lose. If you're average and the white person you're competing against is average, you've lost that fight.

Maybe that would account for the black representation being only 22% instead of 50%?
