Sure the VA over hires minorities (like every gov. agency) but there are still lots of whites working at the VA.

Whites are in 61% if the jobs while they are 70 sum percent of the population.

Blacks naturally are well over represented, though they are only like 12% of the population they have managed to get twice that percentage of jobs there (24%).

Actually it is more than twice as many of the jobs because many of those jobs require a degree and Blacks tend to hold an even smaller percentage of the population when we look at this category.

But Blacks aren;t the only group scoring jobs beyond what their population and skill-set might garner, women also beat out men at a whopping 60-40 split.

So what are we to conclude?

- Numerically speaking, Whites can and do work at the VA.

-Blacks and women for some strange reason are apparently more qualified as they seem to get jobs at greater numbers.

-No one ever debates how many asians or hispanics are employed.

Take note, the website is the EEOC, THEY ARE EVEN MORE OUT OF BALANCE IN THEIR HIRING PRACTICES.

Some rape kits are better than others. Some have rope, for instance, which requires tying knots. Not nearly as efficient as the plastic hand cuff type, much faster. Just sayin'...
