Minorities don't want special treatment. They want equal treatment.

In order to beat a white man or woman, you have to be 2 to 3 times better than they are. Look at any minority that broke into any sport or job that was for whites only. They didn't just let anyone in, those men and women had to be better than everyone else just to get a foot in the door. If you let it go to the judge's table, you'll lose. If you're average and the white person you're competing against is average, you've lost that fight.

Give me a break. In the last 3 IT jobs I've had in Texas, blacks were represented just fine. Probably more so in relation to their percentage of the population. IDK, maybe Texas is ahead of other states whe it comes to racial harmony.

The good people of Japan, while only mildly tolerant of the Western horror that seeks to take their women out of the country for purposes of sexual frolicking and life partnership, are highly intolerant of people with black skin. Had a couple of instances where they wouldn't serve us food and wouldn't let us in certain clubs. Japan? The one Japanese girl I dated had to talk me into every establishment we went to because they were worried I was going to tear the place down.

The real problem is blacks feel the need to do this when they're not accepted into societies that are mostly white.

I have an associate at work, she's white. She complained to me one day asking why black people always have to have their own stuff. Why isn't there a white people meet dot com? I asked her to check out any dating website that was mostly white. Take a look at the pre reqs for most of the women and men looking for a mate. Then come back and talk to me. The next day, she was like most of them had white as a qualifier. I know this because when I was in Japan and jumped on Japancupid, I was stunned to see that being white was the ONLY thing they wanted.

You got black frats and soros because they couldn't join white ones, you have black websites for dating because most folks on there tell you up front: MUST BE WHITE.

I for one do not object to Black fraternities, even if I don't understand their purpose.

What is it Black engineers do together?

Of course historically, they had a purpose but the vast majority of them are new... not continuations of a bygone era.

What I do object to is the vilification of whites who might want a white group in college or a white trade association. Again I don't see the purpose of most of them but there is a principle which to me is what is important.

For instance, if I were to go to BlackOnlydating.com, no doubt there would be advertisements ... would those same advertisers also be free to advertise on WhitesOnlyDating.com.. or might they be subject to a negative PR campaign?

Could WhitesOnlyDaTING run ads to attract business in the same places where BlacksOnlydating is free to run ads?

I hear you. But that's not racist. It's a thing with not liking black skin. They didn't discriminate against you because you were American. They pushed you aside because you tanned too long. And for the record, they do the same thing with *Brownies. They often use whitening cream because they think brown skin is unattractive. I have to really push my wife into getting some sun, because she is so brainwashed that anything other than white is beautiful.

They even sell that ####### in Kenya.

Didn't you see my post about hiring pratices? Blacks with clean records are hired LESS than whites with criminal records.

I'm talking about as a whole. Look at all the greats. Jackie Robinson, Hank Aaron, the Tuskegee Airmen, etc. All these men had to exceed the standard to get a foot in the door. They didn't start, nor did they replace the folks they outscored.

This was also highlighted recently in the modeling world. Black women have to be flawless in every aspect to even get booked, yet a white girl can be average and have no issues.

There's reasons for that. I think the main stream "sun avoidance" in HK is mostly a skin quality thing. My wife won't go in the sun because she's afraid it will give her wrinkles. Which is true. I think the old school folks associate dark skin in Asians comes from day laboring. Which would be lower class. Even the whites used to use lead based powder to appear more white.
