Alright, can we provide too much information in our packet? We have pages and pages of emails, phone calls (Viber) and receipts of packages sent back and forth.

A) What is the best way to organize this information? Does anyone have any tips for doing so?

Thanks!

I normally 'screenshot' Viber/Tango messages, transfer those to my computer...copy and paste on a word document and print it....

The same for emails - copy and paste the thread on a word doc

For the interview (nothing needed for the petition except evidence of your meeting in person....which can include some relationship type of evidence),

Draft a letter titles Evolution of Our Relationship. In this you will describe how your relationship began, how it blossomed, how you met in person when you became engaged, what you talked about, what you planned for your new lives together.

Reference different types of evidences that you will attach to support each part of your evolution letter.

For example in the beginning your email conversations were "get to know you" content. Later you talk about meeting in person. After engagement they are about living life together. Include one copy to support each.
