So i received checklists from NVC via email that RFE ,so i am abit vague , ill list down my story below

My father just an LPR and not work in US , he goes to us to maintanence his PR status and he lived with my brother in us

so when filed AoS ,m my father filled up i-184 and my bro and his wife filled up i-1864a

now i received checklist that my father need to include tax return 2012 but he doesnt even work there so how can he write a statement that indicate why he didnt include it ?

For bro and his wife , they make mistakes that are now correct , just need help on my father part , currently he is back in cambodia

He still needs to file US taxes using his foreign income.. If he isn't working in the US does that mean he doesn't live here either? Is he the petitioner? As a petitioner and/or sponsor he needs to be domiciled in the US. As an LPR he needs to be living here or he will lose his green card If he is spending more time out of the US than in. We need more details. How long has he been back in Cambodia? As an lpr he must live here or he will automatically forfeit his green card.

he is the petitioner , he just came back here last sunday , becuz he want to be part with me incase i get interview in embassy but now meh i think he will have to stay jere abit longer becuz of aos checklist ,

he live there with my bro who is a us citizen

so I called NVC and the person told me to tell my dad to write a letter explain why he not file tax return ! and include in the new aos package and sent out again !

thankguys , let hope my case will be completed somewhere around 1-10 march
