Hi guys...

I already sent my husband documents and requirements to file for our I-130. He plans to file it next month. My question is I heard that filers who has beneficiaries from Philippines can request for expedite. I live in Luzon, actually we were not affected ny Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda but are we eligible to request for an expedite? And if we file it next month, can we request it right away? And how can we request? Are we going to call USCIS or mail a letter? Thank You.
