HI.

We were approved NOA2 on 15Nov 2013 and this is almost 2 months and probably 9 or 10 days.....

I asked my lawyer to keep follow my petition,he has to waited 2 hours on phone to get through the USCIS and they will contact him within 2 weeks

My god,If we know were the petition is,then I'll be ok for this but I'm so worried too much.

Okay. To you and baby0916 (OMG) this is what you do. With USCIS its all how you ask I swear they are idiots. They said they sent it I am sure so you need to do this.

Do not talk with the person who answers phone they are merely an operator clueless reading a script. You need a Tier 2 Supervisor and you say this:

"when did my petition physically leave ____________________________Service Center. They should have a date.

Or you could schedule an InfoPass appoint at your local USCIS office so you can talk to a live human either way ask it like I put it.

This is insane I am so so sorry. But stay on it. You could also engage your congressman to make inquiries..

The only thing that I'm so angry and frustrated because We are not asking them to do the process for FREE but we've paid FEE to them !!!!!!

Unacceptable ....

Thank you. I have spoke with an officer from USCIS who told me that what he can do is to send an inquiry to where the petition could be. And they will send me a letter in response to it. I have messaged local congressman and senator to get into this as well just today. Waiting for their response. Do you think it was sent to NRC instead to NVC? I am just frustrated and desperate. I also have a lawyer who said that if I always follow up with the petition it would cause more delays. Is that true?

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

Any news Blossomman999?

My Fiancee called USCIS again today, and was told they mailed a letter to her yesterday that says "we are in the process of forwarding your file to the NVC; please allow two weeks for it to reach them and be processed in their system."

I won't believe it until I get a case number, but that's a new development for us.

21 Sep 2013 - Filed i-129F

27 Nov - NOA2 email received (63 days since NOA1)

30 Jan 2014 - NOA2 sent to NVC (64 agonizing days) P.S. Apparently VJ doesn't care about accurate timelines.

11 Feb - Got Case number

24 Feb - Packet 3 Received and Submitted

29 Apr - Medical (Dr Cheema)

01 May - Vancouver Consulate Interview - Approved!

My lawyer received a response from NVC regarding my husband's case. Unfortunately, they informed that the file was sent to the San Fernando Valley Field Office. What do I do to get USCIS transfer the file to NVC immediately?
