Hello everyone,

I have a unique situation. I applied for Adjustment of status, while on F1 student visa, married to Us citizen. Had interview on october 9th, still not approved under review. Although things are not working out between me and my wife, so I had a question. If we volutarily withdrew our file from USCIS, can I get my F1 status back? I am about to graduate in May, so really worried as not much time left. No answer from immigration regarding green card. Thank you so much in advance.

Filing for AOS demonstrated that you intend to immigrate where the F1 visa is a non immigrant visa, your F1 should still be valid for studying but you will likely face problems if you try to renew it.
