How to get email and phone alerts for updates

Hi everyone,so the time has come for ROC.I was just wondering is there any way to get updates on email and phone,means do i need to fill any form for it?...Thanks for the reply in advance..

Unfortunately the e-notification G-1145 form is not accepted with the ROC package. According to the USCIS website that form is only valid for applications sent to one of their lockboxes.

Be sure to send your package with tracking/delivery confirmation so you know when it's delivered, and track your bank account to see when your check is processed.

To see your case status on uscis website and set text/email alerts you actually need to wait for your biometrics appointment letter. There's no way to track progress before that, but it comes pretty quickly these days.
