K1 Approval!!

Got our K1 approval today!!!!

My fiancee and I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on VJ (especially for same sex couples), we could not have done it without all information we got here.

I got there at 6:30 am for my 7:30 appointment, I was given entry at 8 am.

I was called in after about 15 mins of waiting I was called in the give an officer (Trinidadian) all my documents, she also took my finger prints, after reviewing and verifying everything she asked me to take a seat and wait for my interview. She was extremely pleasant and helpful.

At 9 am my name was called, I went in and was greeted by another officer (American), he had a couple questions for me, how we met? when we got engaged? a couple other things. It was a breeze

At 9:20 am i was out of the embassy with my approval letter!!!! I give my experience a 10, I believe once you are honest and organised, your experience will be just a great
