Just like embassy issue visa for the spouse of F-1 and H-1 holders in a matter of weeks, sometimes even days; why not they do the same for the spouse of USC and LPR. Just issue a visa, with expiration time (may be 2 or 3 years); and during this time they can file all the required paperwork for IR-1 - the best part is that the couple will be living together while all this paperwork requirements get fulfilled. That's very logical approach - dah USCIS .

If you use Twitter, keep tweeting how you feel. Use the #i130. I have been hauling butt. So far, followers to note is Marco Rubio News, Senator Klobuchar and Michigan Reform. The more tweets with the same hashtag will cause it to trend and Media WILL notice.

I would like to send an email to the HQ of service centers, as well as the public engagement section regarding the email that people from Nebraska have been getting, stating that they have 5 months to process that application (basically starting the clock over again, how nice.) despite the transfer letters stating 60 days, and the public statement specifically stating that the transfers would not further delay the cases.

I also want to put more information up on our I130 blog. Including the letters, and our take on what's happening right now. Is anyone else interested in working on that kind of a project with me?

How can I help?

I have taken the approach of writing to my senator, congresswoman, and Obama. I had laid out two arguments in this case 1) they screwed law abiding citizens to process DACA (FOIA emails supporting exactly this). 2) K3 visa are not being processed against the spirit of the laws on the books. 3) Do something to light a fire under USCIS.

Cookie cutter response about immigration reform from congresswoman and Obama.The senator office responded and am working with two staffers. One important thing I found out is USCIS is on a hiring and training spree, they are taking a long time. Second, my senator's office isn't doing much to tell USCIS what to do they are just listening and agreeing.

Need to do something more.

Start sending same info to officials who are against immigration reform (they are the best hope making our plight public)
