Question about added time for I-601

My fiance has received her interview date for the K-1 and is preparing all the documents needed and because of our story, we had a question on a scenario we think is unlikely, but still want to be prepared for just in case.

She was turned around at the border of her last crossing into the US because she overstayed her entry. We weren't removed from the US, but they just found her inadmissable for entry. The form I-601, appears not to apply to us because the code referenced on the inadmissability form has 212(A) 7, which isn't one of the options on the I-601 form. The CBP Officer told us that if we filed the K-1 we shouldn't have any issue with getting approved because of her being inadmissable, that it would only be an issue if she were to try again to enter the US as a visitor. We've been praying that everything will just go smoothly and she can get back to the US asap, but we'd like to know how much more time a I-601 would add to the timeline.

If anyone who has been thru the I-601 process could tell us how much more time it added we'd appreciate it.
