Are they always asking for this information for an exbf/gf, or only when a child is involved?

Seems extra thorough....

personally, i havent seen another case like mine so that's possible.

This is also the first time i've heard them asking for proof of purchase...

i plan on sending a recent credit card statement with the same account # and pray they accept it.

just a thought after reading these postings and since i do not know anything more than what is here and I am not an attorney

a) if you have any legal documents that may have his address (last known address & phone number); you can write a note attached a copy of this legal document and have it notarized

b) have a lawyer to file to request a verification of current or last known address & get it notarized

c) have a lawyer check with county clerk -

d) on-line search websites - you never know - can provide past & present addresses & phone numbers etc....

credit card request - seems odd that this requested at this late stage - 'but you give what they ask'

you should be able to easily get this info from your CC bank - may need just to walk into the bank and talk to see the manger of the bank and explains the details to her/him. I am certain that she/he will be happy to help you get exactly what you need. my BoA folks are really nice about anything and have never charge for any requests.

Hello callmekay,

Can I have a question relates to k1 visa because I just read and I have the same situation with you.

My fiancé had the interview on 5/9 and the US consular asked him to provide my ex-husban current information....

Would you share your experience? Did you provide your ex-husband current address?? How could you get the info?

If you don't mind, could you share with me what format did you use to support the evidences?

Thank you so much in advanced :)
