Hi,

Just a quick question. I am looking to book my medical asap (i have submitted the ds 160 ) so that I can make wedding plans finally before everywhere gets booked up.

I see that for the medical exam I need to bring immunisation records. I have found my "Child health record", which lists all of my vaccinations and dates with my nhs number on the front (but it was filled out by my mum) will this count as vaccination proof or do I need to bring official copies from my GP?

I ask because my gp takes weeks to give you an appointment for non urgent cases and I need to get this asap!

thanks!

Why don't you ring Knightsbridge and ask them? Go to the source when possible to get the best answer.

Have you tried making a nurse appointment ?

At my pratice a nurse did the vaccinations for me, then I got her to print off the record afterwards. Its been my experience that even in busy surgeries you can get a nurse appointment within a week.

(that said, I'd follow Nich's advice first:))

Have you tried simply going into your doctors and asking at the reception, this is what I did and she printed them off in less than 5 minutes, no appointment needed or anything.
