Bro, have you emailed Embassy asking them about latest updates?

My case is still pending past 60+ days now in Administrative processing for non-immigrant visa

I will wait out this week to complete my 60 days and if I don't hear back than I will call. Thanks for the reply bro! And I hope you are reunited with your loved ones soon. Good luck. Edited by ILvRaceHorses

I am 63 days from transfer to TSC. I have a service request in for my k-3 and my I-130 and I have an inquiry from Dec 30th that gives a 30 day timeframe and I STILL haven't heard anything. I sent an email to TSC yesterday with the service request numbers and the inquiry info and dates. I sent the same email today and I'll do it everyday this week. I am sooooo frustrated and I just want to cry all day and night. I have such a long jounney ahead and I can't even get past the initial processing.. Are you kidding me? God help us if they approve any kind of amnesty. They will push the citizens aside( as they already have) to process the illegals to get the votes for the next election. So much for doing things the LEGAL way.

I feel you pain dear and I agree with you 100%.

I have three service requests in the system for my pending I-129F, 2 of them initiated by tier 2 officers, but I am yet to get an answer.

I've been sending eamils to Nebraska BS center but it seems my service requests and email fell on deaf ears.

I'll update the forum if I get an answer of any kind!

God bless

I just got off the phone with tier 2 regarding I-129F. I was told that the second service request initiated on the 21st of January was assigned on the 22nd and that I have until the 5th of February to get an answer.

Hoping for something good (but I doubt it)!!!!!

I just called my senator's office to get the ball rolling. USCIS has until Feb 1st to respond to my one service request. And I am past the 30 day timeframe they gave back on Dec 30th from the inquiry made by the Senator's office. I'm so frustrated with these people. The girl at the Sentor's office said she would expedite since they gave a specific timeframe. Let's see if she keeps her word. Of course she is out of the office til this afternoon. I am sure she won't return my call today

Tier 2 also told me something crazy about I-130 and where they are as far as processing:

She said they were working on May 14th. I asked her to make sure and I spelled out the month for her M, A, Y to make sure and she confimed: yes, the fifth month of the year.

But when I asked her why CSC is processing July and NSC and TSC are still processing April and May, she declined to answer and said that she can't disucss other cases with me.

How do you get to talk to a tier 2? When I call the USCIS number, she tells me she can't transfer me to tier 2 as a service request is already open and I have to wait for 15 days minimum. Is there a way to trick them into transferring me to tier 2?

Sometimes you'll have to make up things!

You got to be creative! it depends also on the person you'are talking to!
