Hello we are at the medical stage and gathering last bits for the interview.

Our question is what will be required at the interview for her children to bring to the US as K2 applicants.

One father at this time has agreed to sign a letter stating that his daughter can permanently move to the USA with my fiancée, is it ok to have this signed by him, my fiancée and possibly another witness say social worker or something?

I have asked several people in the UK and they have never heard of a notary in the UK (I am sure they must have them)

The other father is a different matter my fiancée has had zero contact with him (for her safety reasons) she does have a letter from a social worker saying the father has not had any contact with his son in 3 years.

We have no idea where this man is and once again for her safety he must not find out where she lives.

He has had the option of going to court to see his son but could care less about his son, only my fiancée.

I have been doing UK forum close to six years and recall some experiences I can relay to you.

Most get letter signed in front of a solicitor in lieu of notary. Witnessed by a social worker might do too. It is someone verifying his identity and signature.

Some have said they weren't asked.

One said I don't have contact and don't know where he is. The embassy worker pulled out an affidavit for her to sign attesting to that fact...no contact with father. A think the social worker letter might be a plus for that one.
