You really think I don't understand they're there to get approved?

Seemed surprised.

Why wouldn't they be approved in a timely manner?

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding

So when I filed I was told it would take 5 months from my NOA1 to get my NOA2. But I am looking at approved I-129Fs and I see december filers having their NOA2s already!! Why is this happening? I mean

Timelines go up and down all the time. 5 months is the USCIS goal, sometimes it's faster, sometimes it's slower.

Here's our timeframe:

Dec.4, 2013 i129f was filed.

Jan. 8, 2014 Petition approved ??

Jan. 17, 2014 Case created

Feb. 3, 2014 Case Ready

Feb. 13, 2014 Medical Examination

Now awaiting for interview schedule....
