When you look at the trending for K1 / 129F Visa's on average there was about 25,000 pending applications a month. They have gone down to around 10,000 a month, so this is probably the reasons for them being procesed faster.

So when I filed I was told it would take 5 months from my NOA1 to get my NOA2. But I am looking at approved I-129Fs and I see december filers having their NOA2s already!! Why is this happening? I mean I know its a good thing but why the all of a sudden switch from 5 months to 1 month?

No one knows. I-130s are taking from 7 months to one year for approval. It's terrible for us spouses right now.

Not really. I am the beneficiary from Indonesia and got approval for I-129F in 38 days.

I have to agree with you about this. I've got approval for I-129F in 38 days. Though CSC is more faster than TSC on average, but TSC way more faster sent the approved petition to NVC.

I just recently got an email from admin from VJ and K1 visa is only process either in Vermont Service Center or California Service Center (mine is in California). I saw yours are Texas Service center. Would you try to find out maybe your case are move to any other service center? *just curiosity.maybe help you!*

Is not right some ppl get approved faster than ppl that wait for months!!! Not right at all!!! :/ we are all on the same shoe. We all miss our loved one and we want to get marry and have a beautiful life.

I dont undestand why uscis takes so long and especially when this process is not for free, we have to give a lot of money from the beggining till the end( that there is no end for yeaaaaaars). They have no find another way to work more quick or at least stop give noa2 to some ppl like in a month and leave ppl behind that are waiting 5 months

Looks to me like your case is going quickly, you submitted it just over a month ago and already have received and replied to an RFE.

So you think my denial is the reason why we are still waiting?? My lawyer told me it doesn't affect our visa and some people from VJ here told me the same... :-/ it is really hard because I really just wanted to see him for another two months... I understand it is their job to look for people who want to immigrate without a visa (at poe) but we us tey really took the wrong ones! :-C I wish so much to finally get approved.... We keep calling them

Looks to me like your case is going quickly, you submitted it just over a month ago and already have received and replied to an RFE.

Unfortunatly the rfe was cause we had made a mistake with the fee and we sent 341$ and not 340$.

We sent it back and they havent open the package yet.

we also waiting since nov 13 when we got our noa 1 and alien number changed!!!!.. lets all hope for the best
