For i-130 and 129F cases ( not transfer cases)

Hi, I would like to know that how many VJ members who filled both petition( 130 and 129f) did not get transfer yet

From March to October.

My 130 Pd is 08/12 and 129f Pd is 11/14.

I was wondering that they might not transfer my 130 coz of my 129f late date.

Filling I-129F along I-130 does not affect at all.

Both get coupled and adjudicated at the same time following I-130 timeline.

129F's are not being processed on their own. i did the same thing you did...they did get joined together and the 129f got canceled.

I heard that they are not transferring I-130 from NBC if you also fille 129f.

I do not want get stuck in NBC.

They just started transferring "August' (info here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/470656-monthly-transfer-spreadsheets-in-order/ ), probably I 129 doesnt affect at all as etrangais said.
