I asked this question once before a while ago, but i dont quite remember what i should put down. I am using my mother( i know...) to be my co-sponsor. On item 10, it asks the relationship of my fiancee to my mother. Is the correct repsonse to put down? Mother of Petitioner... since I am the original petitioner???

Second question. When it comes to having the paperwork notorized there is a space on the I-134 itself. This is self explanatory. For the additional information i submit, such as proof of employment, and authorization from a bank, and tax forms, should all of these forms be notorized as well. Is it required, or is it just the smart and safe thing to do??

I am sure some of you have dealt with this in the past or are now dealing with this. Any help would be greatly appreciated and i apologize if the asnwers to these questions are located in previous posts. I am a novice when it comes to using this site and like everyone else i am on pins and needles when it comes to making sure these forms are filled out correctly. The instructions on the I-134 are very brief, so there is plenty of room for error. I wish they went into more detail on the additional information that is needed along with the I-134.

You recognize that the question asks for the relationship between the sponsor and the visa applicant, yet you plan to give the relationship between the sponsor and yourself? future mother-in-law. (Suggestion - write it down this time.)

It's neither.
