So I was able to find a sponsor, but he's only got sort of hand written pay stub and missing tax info for 2012 and haven't filed for 2013 yet. Will my AOS be denied if I send it in like that? Is it better if I find another sponsor? Since my I-94 expired next week and I don't wanna go out of status.

Day 0 01/28/2014 Mailed AOS packet

Day 1 01/29/2014 Packet received at Chicago Lock Box

Day 5 02/02/2014 NOA texts and emails at midnight

Day 6 02/03/2014 Checks cashed. Case status updates online: I-130 - initial Review, I-130 - initial Review, I-765 - initial Review, I-485 - Acceptance

Day 9 02/06/2014 NOA letters received

Day 13 02/10/2014 Biometrics letter received

Day 14 02/11/2014 Biometrics walk-in

Day 41 03/10/2014 I485 status changed to "Testing and Review"

Day 64 04/02/2014 EAD card procution

Day 69 04/07/2014 Notification EAD card mailed

Day 71 04/08/2014 EAD card received in the mail

Day 72 04/10/2014 Interview scheduled for May 15th.

Day 108 05/15/2014 Interview

Day 108 05/15/2014 Status for I485 states that my permanent resident status has been registered

Day 112 05/19/2014 Status for I485 changed to card production

Day 116 05/23/2014 Green Card in the mail!

ROC

Day 0 03/07/2016 Mailed ROC packet

Day 2 03/09/2016 Case accepted

Day 27 04/08/2016 Biometrics done

Day 351 02/21/2017 Case approved

Day 355 02/25/2017 Letter in the mail stating case approved

don't send it until the sponsor you found has everything or find another sponsor, you will get an rfe for missing documents

Do I need the tax info for 2013 or can I do 2010-2012 since 2013 is not ready yet?

If you're planning to stay in the US, overstay of a spouse of a USC is forgiven, so it's not an issue if you go out of status for a little bit before submitting AOS.

Green Card Received in 168 Days

ROC

06/17/2016: ROC Mailed via USPS Express in Large Flate-Rate Box to Vermont Service Center (P.O. Box)

06/18/2016: ROC Delivered by USPS

06/22/2016: Check Cashed

06/24/2016: NOA1 Received Dated 06/20/2016

07/09/2016: ASC Appointment Notice Received Dated 07/02/2016 & Scheduled 07/21/2016

07/21/2016: Biometrics Successfully Completed (Birmingham)

05/18/2017: InfoPass Appointment - 1-Year Extension Stamp Received

06/06/2017: ROC Approval Letter Received Dated 05/30/2017

06/14/2017: Green Card Delivered!
