How many depended can be share his income ?

How a joint sponsor and primary sponsor can meet 125 % poverty level ?

For example primary sponsor income is equal to 25 % poverty level and joint sponsor income have 100 % poverty level so they will count 125 % ???

Looking your advice

hi

check out the i864P, it's the guide for poverty guidelines, it depend on how much have you made yearly, meaning declared on taxes and the household size

www.ucis.gov/forms and find the i864P

how much was your income for 2012 and what is your household size

how many dependents did you declare on your taxes? spouse and minor children?

they cannot combine income unless the sponsor has a co sponsor, co sponsor and joint sponsor are different

the joint sponsor can be anyone who is a USC or LPR

the co sponsor lives in the same house and is a direct family member such as spouse, parent or sibling, those are the only ones that can combine income with the sponsor

the joint sponsor has to me the 125% of the poverty guideline

sponsor household size mean Number of person living in that house ?

And they are depended persons or in-depended ????

For example 2 person are living with him ( total 3 ) and all are depended so that he need to show 22887$ per year

I have attached a file for guidelines

The household are people who are financially dependent, even if they do not live in the same house.

For example:

- minor child living in a relative's home: counts.

- Adult child living at home, but making their own money and not claimed on tax return: does not count.

The easiest way to determine if they need to be included in the household size is how many people did or will the person claim on their tax filing. If they claim three people on the tax filing then the household size for the I-864 will be four--the three on the taxes plus one for the immigrant.

ok good !

So that primary sponsor income does not matter if he/she income is below to 125% poverty level while she did not or does not claim or support any one ?

Then totally joint sponsor documents will be consider for I864.
