Hello Vj memebers..

I have been in uSA so far for 5 months on K3 visa and now we are going to fill my AOS and send it ..

I have a question and please some one tell me the answer because iam very confused about..

I had my medical exmainations 7 months ago "less than a year" but i didnd't get vaccination record

my question is do i have to do all the medical emainations again or just get the vaccinations record???

I was wondering that myself.... When I sent the AOS I did not include the vacations paper... Rachid gave that at his POE at JFK..... our AOS has been sent back to CSC which my understanding is that it will be approved with no interview (well that is what I have heard) so I don't know if we need another medical done or they somehow forward that paper given at the POE to the USCIS...???

I would not worry about it until they ask you for it.

We are approved pending the FBI Name check.

We assume that our civil surgeon put the record in the sealed file and we never had to do anything.

We went through the K-1 visa route but they requested the shot record. My husband had turned all that over at the POE so instead of trying to get in touch with the Moroccan doctor, he elected to take the shots again and have the form filled out by the civil surgeon. We did a quick turn around for their request and at the most only cost us about a week's time. I wish at that time we had known to get a copy from the doctor for our records but all we can do now is tell others to be sure to get it at the time of the medical exam, it's their right. Good Luck!
