Hi! I just applied the change of status and EAD. Does anyone know how long is it going to take for it to be approved? I will have my biometrics taken on the 29th and hoping that it's gonna be processed quick. I really wanna start working and I can't even do a single move without any legal thing on me. Thanks

You usually get the EAD 60-90 days after your application is accepted (mine took 72 days to arrive) . How long the entire AOS process takes depends on whether you get any RFEs and the case load of the local office if an interview is required. If your are filing AOS from a K-1 there is a chance your interview could be waived which means you might wait a few more months for your Green Card to arrive.

Hi! I have my EAD, anyone knows what should I do when expiration date is approaching..? Thanks

If for some reason you do not have your green card approved within a year (like us!), and your EAD/AP card is about to expire (good for a year), you will need to fill out the same forms with evidence asked for, plus, copy of previous EAD/AP card and a copy of your AOS NOA1. You should file for renewal roughly 90 days before the previous card expires.
