New Processing times

I must say I am certainly shocked with how fast the processing times seem to be speeding up! Two days ago I checked and they were on Feb 2013. Yesterday it was March 2013, and today it's April and some places May 2013! My friend who is helping his German boyfriend even said they've gotten their NOA2 and interview date all of a sudden. If this is the case, why did we have a backlog to begin with? Has anyone else seen a sudden movement in their cases? Just asking out of curiosity . . .

Where are you seeing April processing dates? That's not on the website.

LOL yes I'm still trying to get the hang of reading and processing a lot of the available information. It's a good thing I asked, now I have some what of a better understanding.
