Form 1-134 on uscis has expired!

Hi Guys,

If you look at this form it states that it expired on 12/31/13......but they don't have a new form up.

what can we do to find the new form?

Though this think relates to the last form expiration date, I believe that the intent is the same..... you can use the old form until the newer version is available.

It is not the first time this has happened with USCIS forms, and likely not the last. For other previous examples, use the VJ forum search function.

The expiration date is the expiration of the comment period to the Office of Management and Budget; the form itself does not expire and can be used if its the only version available.

Thank you. I had a small freak out moment as I was completing this.. I read that this form should be used until a new one is available.

Edition Date

12/17/12. Previous editions accepted.

A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 12/17/12 or other previous editions.

You're welcome. I think it's normal to get everything is right because you don't want make a mistake. I was a bit nervous before the interview and I was so lucky my fiance accompany me to US embassy in Jakarta. But sometimes, worst things only happened in your mind than rather than in the reality.
