Cool will now as well check my email etc

Still double check info, cos each country is different. In Ukraine WE DO NOT RECIEVE any packet 3 or 4. We DO NOT SEND to the Consulate any documents.

All you get (if you get it on time as i already mentioned) is:

- Letter via post from Consulate stating ur case is there and KEV number (again some guys over here were not even getting this).

BEFORE schedule interview date i do recommend first arrange medical. Why i recommend you can check on my review of medical exam: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/477100-medical-exam-in-kiev-review-01232014/

Than the rest goes pretty fast, you go on ustraveldocs and download visa fee payment form for K-1. Go to Raiffaizen Bank and pay visa fee, they give you receipt which you keep to be able make appointment at the Consulate.

Country specific questions, you better ask in RUB forum to get answers from people who do the same process as you in the same country. RUB is here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/98-russia-ukraine-and-belarus/

Ukraine does not send out emails, it does not send out packet 3. All info is only on their site. They will send a letter to the beneficiary using regular mail saying to go to their site to get all the info. You do not need this letter, so don't wait for it. Just go to their site and get the PDF with instructions and just follow them.

You will need some letter with the KEV number on it to get the medical as they sometimes ask for it. This can either be the letter from the NVC or from the embassy. You can just scan the NVC letter, email it to the beneficiary, and print it.
