I went for my interview on the 21st of January and everything seemed okay and went well.

Finally the CO told me to submit another Police report or no criminal record form.

To him, what I had with me during the interview wasn't the required one, and more so needs to bring one which is notarized.

I got that one from the city I live and work in now, in Gansu Province, with their stamp on it, thinking that was notarized.

My fiancee and I went back to the city's PSB for a new notarized one, and they have no idea what very certificate to get for us. We think it's because they haven't done something like this for a foreigner in the city before. We are totally stuck and don't know what to do next, this is preventing us from having our K1-Visa.

They now want a sample of the No Criminal Record Certificate from us, so they could look on it and do the same for us.

COULD VJers please inbox me a sample of the No criminal record certificate of china? OR if someone could tell us how to get the required certificate, we will be glad. We would be very grateful because this is the only thing preventing us from having our K1-Visa now.

PLEASE HELP US, WE ARE SO DESPERATE AND REALLY IN NEED OF HELP!

I didn't understand as the consulate web site in Ho Chis Minh City tells you exactly what forms are required and what evidence is needed for anything. For Vietnam they list a criminal background check #2 for this type of visa.

I assumed it would be the same and looked at the consulate sites in China and there is nothing posted; it doesn't even have embassy instructions. Weird. I thought I could help but I don't know.

it's not that you have the wrong one.

you presented one NOT in English.

The English one is a Chinese Notarial Translated Document.

The IV Unit knows white books, you not present a white book for this, you presented the actual PCC. Please study the pinned topic in the China forum, there is discussion on how to obtain a white book (for any civil doc) there.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
