OK, that is not that hard.

1. Address. Write your address where you live in there.

2. A# is on your visa. Look in your passport. It says A# or A0.

3. You last entered as a K1-Visa Holder

4. If an immigration officer took your envelope and opened it etc. you got inspected. Every K1 Holder gets inspected by an immi officer.

5. Where was your K1 VIsa issued, what city?

6. It's about YOUR children, since they would need a green card. I'm assuming your wife is American citizen so her children are too. They don't need a greencard.

Good luck.

Eveline,

2. The consulates in many countries do not put the A# on the visa. Look on the I-94, or on the petition Approval Notice.

6. His children do not need a Green Card if they're not immigrating. The question does not ask which of his kids are immigrating, it asks who his kids are. (Note that since the marriage his wife's kids, if any, may now be his kids as well - his step-kids - if they were under the age of 18 at the time of the marriage.)
