Your PD will remain current, as it is. You have no worries there.

Those filers whose PD is 08 SEP 2013 and beyond are the ones who will wait until their PD becomes current (can't tell when that will be).

• IRS tax 2013,2012,2011 ----- It should be 2012,2011,2010 ( since you are submitting before month April 15)

Did you get IRS transcript or are you sending tax return. You need to include W2/paystubs as well if its tax return.

If the petitioner's (and joint sponsor's) income reflected on the ITR meets the income requirements, no need for employment letter and pay stubs.

Copies of 2012 ITR and W2 are sufficient + i864 (and i864a if applicable) + proof of being an LPR/USC + proof of relationship to joint sponsor (if applicable).

They don't care about 2011 and past tax returns. Submitting those are optional.

ok I see the pic for the AOS package

form I-864 expires 03.31.2015

but if my husband pays taxes now, we can't send 2013? I ask to you beacause maybe in 2012 we not overcome povertyline, he don't work to much.

I read that, I can go to the IRS site and print return transcript. is not that correct? please help me!

For the IV package on site and on notice NVC send to me wrote if the documents are not written in English or in the language where the interview will take place must be translated, but I'm italian, and my interview will be in Italy.

I am assuming your husband is your Petitioner who is sponsoring you. If that is the case, he should have got his W-2 from his employer which he would have used to file his Tax returns. Need to provide W-2's for 3yrs.

Ok..I think I understand..how I can know poverty line about 2012? and in case we need joint sponsor my husband can do his mother with form I-864A true?

Guys I don't know what is household member. my husband now live with his parents and his brother, every component work.

On I-864 household member is how many member live with you or for how many member you hold financially? thank you!
