Hi! Does anyone here whose CC happened between dec20,2013 to jan.19,2014 and now waiting for their interview schedule/letter? Mine was completed last Jan.2,2014. Let's update each other so that we can monitor if nvc or the embassies/consulates started giving schedules for march interview. Thanks! Goodluck to us! :)

Oct. 10, 2013 = Case received at NVC

Oct. 15, 2013 = Case Number & IIN received via mail

Oct. 19, 2013 = DS-261 agent of choice completed

Oct. 21, 2013 = AOS Fee Bill received & Paid

Oct. 29, 2013 = IV Fee Bill received and Paid

Nov. 06, 2013 = AOS entered into system for review

Nov. 20, 2013 = DS-260 completed

Nov. 27, 2013 = IV documents entered into system for review

Dec. 02, 2013 = AOS Checklist received

Dec.10, 2013 = AOS Checklist Response entered into system for review

Dec.20, 2013 = IV Packet accepted

Jan.02, 2014 = Case Completed

Feb. 11,13-14, 2014 = Medical Examination at St. Lukes

Mar. 04, 2014 = Rescheduled Interview (originally Mar.18, 2014) VISA APPROVED!!!!

Mar. 08, 2014 = VISA ONHAND!!!

Mar. 12, 2014 = Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)

Mar. 21, 2014 = POE (LAX)

Apr. 27, 2014 = GC received

May 15, 2014 = re-apply for SSN

May 21, 2014 = SSN received

2013-06-28: I-130 Approved

2013-10-16: DS-260 Submitted Online

2013-10-17: Confirmation page received of DS-260 via email

2013-10-17: AOS Docs sent/IV Docs sent

2013-11-26: Checklist received for AOS

2013-12-06: Response to Checklist sent

2014-01-06: Case complete : By Phone

2014-01-30: Interview Letter by Email

2014-02-04: CEAC status changed to "In Transit"

2014-02-05: CEAC status changed to "Ready"

2014-02-19: Medical at Mumbai

2014-03-03: Biometrics at VAC

2014-03-06: Interview at Mumbai Consulate

2014-03-06: Visa Approved as per CO

2014-03-06: CEAC status changed to "Administrative Processing"

2014-03-06: CEAC status changed to "Issued" on same day :-)

2014-03-07: Passport Ready for pickup from VAC in Mumbai
2014-03-07: Picked up passport with VISA

2014-04-05: POE (POE was supposed to be 2014-04-04, but connecting flight in UK was cancelled and postponed for a day)

2014-04-16: SSN Received

2014-05-07: Green Card Produced

2014-05-08: 10 Year Green Card Received

My case (FB1- unmarried son of US citizen over 21) was completed last December 30, 2013 and still waiting for IL. As per NVC, Feb slots has been filled up. Hopefully, to recieve packet 4 by this week or first of Feb. Goodluck to all of us! :-)

From the CEAC website I found** that most people who got their case marked as READY, they got it yesterday which is January the 27th! I really hope they will keep scheduling today or this week!

** It is easy when you know how the NVC case number is built

I hope there is a lag between the moment the case is completed and the moment when they update the ceac website!

Please keep us all posted as soon as any interview letter comes over....my case has been completed since December 20th and waiting for an IL.

Do you know folks who got their ILs on Jan 27? If so what nationality and what was their priority date?

2013-10-10: NVC received the case.

2013-10-15: Received Case number, IIN, Beneficiary number

2013-10-17: Received AOS and IV visa fee invoice email and paid both.

2013-10-21: AOS Fee status changed to PAID.

2013-10-21: IV Fee status changed to PAID. DS-260 is available.

2013-10-26: AOS Docs sent/IV Docs sent/DS-260 Submitted Online.

2013-10-28: NVC received the docs in the morning(Based on Fedex tracking).

2013-11-21: Checklist.

2013-12:20: Case complete : By Phone

2013-12-28 : Case complete email from NVC

2014-01-29: Called DOS for Interview date. Set for March 21,2014.

2013-01-29 Night: Interview Letter by email.

2014-02-03: Finished fingerprinting and Photograph at VAC

2014-02-08: CEAC status changed to "Ready"

2014-02-13: Medical scheduled

2014-03-18: Will try to fly out to Mumbai to be with my wife for her Interview. Not sure if the embassy will let me in but at least want to be there. :-)

2014-03-21: Interview

2014-03-21: VISA approved as per CO. We were told to expect the passport in 3-5 business days.

2014-03-21: CEAC Status"Issued" SAME DAY.
