We know that information for Vermont is not true. They had pending applications at that point in time. I would dare say that the information for Texas is also not true. I'm going to have to crunch some numbers here.

The data from this most recent performance report does not match up with the monthly processing volumes seen at dashboard.uscis.gov. This is most obvious in 0's seen in service centers.

Numbers for I-130 completions also do not match on other USCIS reports for the same time period. In the first report we see 411,939 receipts, 260,009 approvals. USCIS lists a different number for performance of all petition types in this document:

Compare I-130 Immediate Relative - 413,317 receipts, 369,476 approvals (7.3%)

In the data available we see that in Fiscal Year 2013 about 1/5 completions for casework was DACA related:

I-821D: 475,458 approvals

I-765©(33) EAD: 475,802 approvals

Total DACA: 951,260 approvals (18.79%)

Total FY 2013: 5,063,901 approvals

The report is dated October 10, 2013 but was not released to the public until January 22, 2014, 3 months later. At this time this new data is already half a year old.

I wonder whom we can contact about the obvious contradictions in the data. Or the fact that they wiped out the data for the service centers prior to Oct. ?
