My fiance has successfully entered into the US on a K1 Visa. The thing I'm worried about is that when she went through customs in the airport upon entry, they never issued her an I-94 form they just stamped her passport and let her enter. So my question is are they not issuing I-94s anymore? On Visa Journey it says you need a copy of it front and back for when you submit your package for the Green Card, but I'm wondering if that info is outdated.

Has anyone experienced entering the US without getting one of these on a K1 Visa?

I-94's are now all electronic. They stamp your passport and you have to go online and retrieve the I-94. Go here and fill out the required fields.

This is what it says in the VJ guide for AOS. It does tell you electronic, with a link to more info about it > 6. Electronic I-94 Copy or (for older entries) a copy of the non US Citizen Spouses valid paper I-94 (front and back of form)

~ Moved from K-1 Process to AOS from Family Based - topic about filing for green card ~

When is the form available because I enter all of the information and it keeps telling me that it's not found. Do I have to wait a few days after her entry for it to be available? She just entered yesterday so its literally been less than 24 hours from this post.

I don't know the answer to that question with 100% certainty, but I would assume this is the case. Try again in a few days. I don't think you'll be submitting any forms for at least a few weeks so I wouldn't worry about it if its not available yet.

It should be available right away. But if you give it a few days, mix things around and still cannot find it, then you need to contact your nearest deferred inspection office and check on getting them to fix any mistakes that might be the problem.
