DS160 photo processing problem

LOL - no need for me to try different browsers. It worked first time when I got home without changing anything. Don't know whether something's been mended or if it's just a flaky system and you just have to persevere until it works.

Hi, after reading all your answers, and being one of those who have this problem while uploading the photo for DS160 : "error occurred while processing the photo please try later" , and after days of searching solutions I got THE ANSWER ! : it is simple and easy all you have to do is: return to the first page of the application where you find the application number in red , and you will see a small writing "upload photo - crop or resize my photo" , it is here the solution ! if you can't upload your photo correctly here it will pose problems later while you finish filling the DS160 and it will make the problem "error occurred while processing the photo please try later" , so the solution is in the beginning you MUST upload your photo correctly if you can't upload correctly in the beginning you will find problems if not it will be impossible to upload it. But for me it's not a big problem because you can bring with you a 5*5cm passport photo the day of the interview despite not uploading it in the DS160.
